The wine is crafted from a blend of grape varieties, including Hondarrabi Zuri, Izkiriota, Izkiriota Ttippia, and Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia. While the names might be challenging to say, what matters is the wine's remarkable quality.

Each parcel of grapes is hand-picked and undergoes a 24-hour cold soak at 10 degrees Celsius. The wine is fermented with wild yeast, adding complexity and texture, and spends some time on the lees. What truly stands out, though, is the lively citrus acidity that pairs perfectly with seafood and will likely have you reaching for a second bottle.
